Returns & Exchanges

At Frosty Sweet Factory, we want every treat to be a delight; if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Sweets

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
